Complete, print and sign the annual Club Liability Form. Link shown below. You must submit the completed and signed form upon your first visit to the gym.
You are responsible for Membership payment which is due at Registration.
Please write down your Password. You will need it to reserve courts to play.
Lakeside Pickleball Gym Rules
When you enter the gym, you acknowledge that you are using the gym and picnic table area at your own risk.
Lakeside Pickleball is limited to members only.
The “drop-in” play option is being developed and more details on this will be forthcoming.
Outdoor toilets are available but use at your own risk as they are cleaned regularly but not sanitized.
Water is available at the gym for $1.
No food or soft drink or alcohol of any kind is allowed in the gym.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes or any other similar device, is not permitted in the gym or at the picnic table area outside.
